'Crisscross'
To get an image like the one at the left, there are a couple different steps to take:
- First find a dark area with a covered window.
- Then find a really dark and NOT see through fabric or paper or other material to place in the window. This gives you something to 'play' with the light with.
- Then you either cut a hole or piece together smaller pieces of the material to make a hole for a small amount of light to come thorugh.
- Then place your subject and camera and experiment till you get something you like!
- If you wanted less shadows on the side opposite the window, then just add a white or metallic reflector board to lighten the shadows.
