I am a student of Graphic Design at Utah State University and an avid barbecue enthusiast. I have been grilling over propane, charcoal, and portable grilling for over 10 years now, and I love trying new techniques, sampling new flavors, and creating new dishes. I try to barbecue as often as I can and hope to be able to master my process and techniques. My favorite thing to cook by far is slow-cooked pork ribs, followed closely by a hearty dose of tri-tip steak.
