The rolling hills and dry farms below the mountains make the perfect location for family tubing and sledding. Of course you'll see kids dragging their sleds up the small hills and sliding down.
But in Morgan, it's quite common to see kids on tubes being hauled up a hill by Dad on a snowmobile, making the whole thing much more fun because there's no hiking, just lots of whooshing downhill on the tubes, only to be pulled back up to repeat the fun!
After a big snowstorm, kids will turn out in big numbers to attack the drifted hills behind their homes with tubes and sleds. The bare farm fields are also great places where creative kids get behind a sled with their tube attached by a long rope and race around being pulled at top speed. You might even see the same scene with the kid being pulled on a sled by a galloping horse!
